The Cathedral parishioners prepare for the Consecration

Working parties of parishioners have been tidying the gardens of the Cathedral and planting across the site in preparation for the Consecration of the Cathedral on the Feast of the Nativity of the Mother of God. Regular visitors to the Cathedral will know that there has been lots of work going on building the outside wall. This is now complete and a programme of planting can now take place making the Cathedral and its grounds a beautiful and prayerful place to visit. If it is a time since your last visit to the Cathedral, you will see quite a transformation. Should you wish to help maintain the garderns in future please contact Fr Vitaly.
